Clean the inside of the trucks. Super dirty....But the workers are friendly and Amazing. Love this location

The location was not the problem - the people Value Store It were excellent. The U-Haul system, and specifically the scheduling rep Tania, were not helpful. The system confirmed a truck reservation and a time close to my house. When I arrived to pick it up I was told there were no trucks. I called to get it resolved and was told I had to go farther away and that I HAD TO PAY FOR THE ADDITIONAL MILEAGE. And when Tania rescheduled at the new location she shorted me more than an hour on the rental time WITHOUT TELLING ME OR OFFERING ANY COMPENSATION. U-haul is usually disorganized, but this was terrible. I will take my future business elsewhere.
