I can't think of anything to improve. The people at this location are very friendly and make sure the customers needs are taken care of (including the owner/manager offering water and coffee). Teresa has been my contact and her customer service is outstanding. She also is excellent on her job knowledge. I decided to rent a storage locker after meeting the people here, and rented a truck because I like doing business with them. I would send anyone here that has moving and/or storage needs.

The truck wasn’t clean and had lots of damage. It had a tire out of balance or something because it vibrated terribly. Also the brakes were squealing.

The entire experience was less than desirable. My truck was three hours delayed, which cost me hundreds of dollars in moving cost this was due to the pick up location not setting up self pick up.

This was the worst rental ever . There was no windshield wash, the oil light came on and it smelt like shit like someone had cow minure in it

The van had a very foul Oder. I did not select safe move coverage while booking my reservation but the guy in store added without my knowledge.

Have cheaper rates and allow paying customers to use the dumpster so they don't have to pat 60 to use a truck for 5 minutes for one item ridiculous that I had to rent a big truck just to move a full size box spring that I couldn't fit in my car and you refuse to let me throw it in the dumpster so I had to rent a fullsize truck to move it. Completely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

To arrive at UHaul you have to drive through a shared driveway with a car wash and maybe better signage would help.

Great location and Theresa at the counter was extremely welcoming and professional. Van was basically new with great fuel mileage.

The tank was supposed to be full. I drove 36 miles...and put 5.245 gallons of gas in it. No way it should have taken $17.30 for 36 miles. Unless it only gets 5 gallons or less on a tank. Not your fault but surely the locations fault.

Had rented a van from one of those big box stores and on the day I was supposed to pick it up they sent me a text canceling the van. So at the last minute, this U Haul location came through. I will definitely use them again when the opportunity presents itself. Thank you!

I would have rated it as excellent but it was super hard to find their driveway due to road construction. I saw their building but it was very hard to find the entrance.

Despite having to go back to retrieve the furniture dolly mix-up, the staff was courteous and helpful in answering my questions. They went as far as to refund me for the dolly mix-up. I would definitely go back and use this location.
