Due to problems on starting the rental, it took 45 minutes to complete the process. As I expected no more than 10 (as with a car or other companies I have used in the past) we needed a little more time to finish this task. When we tried to extend our rental by an hour, it told us that we were not able to do so and we still needed to return the truck at the original time. We were able to get the vehicle back, but not able to replace the fuel in the time allowed. The charge for the fuel was then outrageous. We will never rent a U-Haul again due to these problems.
