When renting form U-Haul be prepared to reconstruct your plans and drive significantly out of the way to pick up your reserved truck. Customer service is not impressive. The last gentleman I spoke to on the phone was the one and only person I enjoyed talking to and provided great service.

Don’t cheat customers. He told me that he charged the prior customer $70 because truck was brought back with 1/16 of a tank of gas. He charged them but never put any gas in it. Then told me to bring it back with 1/4 tank.

The final bill was $60 but charged my credit card $178. I'm waiting for it to post final on my account. Then my bank will reimburse me the money STOLEN from me. The bank will most likely start an investigation on this bullshit. The guy at uhaul told me the bank was holding my money. My bank said that was wrong. So I'm covered but I gotta wait for money that was intended to pay my mortgage. I'm hard working and live pay check to pay check. Playing with someone's lively hood trying to make a few extra bucks. **** you.

There was a miscommunication on the ease of acquiring our rental using our smart phone but in the end it all worked out and the customer service at U-Haul was excellent. The owner of Vans also went the extra mile to make sure we had our truck.

Great dropoff experience. Staff saw me coming in and were waiting to guide me to where to park the trailer. They helped guide me into parking the trailer and immediately disconnected the unit. Instant check in. Very good experience.

The mn who helped me didn’t act like he could care less. When i asked how to hook up he just kind of threw out a general comment. He never checked my hitch to make sure it was tight and it wasn’t. When i went to pick up my car (for car hauler) I couldn’t get the things hoooked up right. I called customer service because the local location was closed. I got a terrible run around and couldn’t get through for awhile then they said i would have to pay for someone to come and help me. I think this is unthinkable service. I wont ever use U-Haul again if they don’t care any more that’s that for the safety of the people using their service. Im a 70 yr old woman and it would have been evident Im not an expert at this type of things.

Supply Auto cleansing wipes, So people before and after you use a UHAUL rental truck. We as customer's can wipe down the inside of the Rental Truck. To make sure it's kept well cleansed and maintains the inside of the Rental units. As well as protecting Not just us the Customers/ Consumer's and the businesses that offer the UHAUL logo products from unknowingly using anything to clean and maintain the contract and respect of cleaning the rental truck units inside with any kind of products the interior could accidentally become damaged by Us just trying to maintain the contract conditions etc. Thank you.

I was told the truck had a full tank when I picked it up. It wasn't full. The gauge goes much further than what it was when I picked it up. I pumped almost a quarter tank more than the "full" tank when I picked up. I pumped 24 gallons and drove 120 miles. That would mean that the truck was getting less than 6 miles per gallon and almost all the miles were driven on a flat highway at 60mph.

They pushed me onto a higher rates vehicle and charged me $181 for an in town move of less than six miles. The truck was filled with ashes and the drivers side door did not unlock with the key. Had to crawl through the passenger side vehicle to get the door open. The men were extremely rude and unfriendly.

Pickup very friendly and welcoming. Was told at pickup to return vehicle before 6 PM next. Upon return different man told me I was 2 hours late in my return at 3 PM. Did not charge for 2nd day but not very welcoming. I had put an extra 1/4 tank of gas then what I got upon pickup and joked, you got some extra gas. He said I did not. Over all very good but last person you speak with leaves an impression. Good value, truck worked super. I'll come back.

this is the third time ,i used a U-Haul car hauler.everyone involved was vey courteous.pretty much a no hassle to me experience.i would give U-haul a 9 1/2 stars ( 10 being perfect and i do not think anyone is perfect) U-haul is always the 1st place i would call.... my only complaint is the closet dealer to me was not in and did not answer his phone.(right here in palmyra where i live)

Mr. Van Os had the truck all ready when we arrived. The utility dolly that we requested was not available so he substituted an appliance dolly for our use. Unfortunately the contract was not adjusted and we were charged for two dollies. However, this error was quickly resolved when I contacted a U Haul general manager. So overall good experience.
