How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment was fine and worked well. The price for the truck at this location compared to others I had gotten over the phone were much less for the same truck and distance. This location charged me $600.00 more than the quotes I had gotten but had to take this one because i had no transportation to the others. I was dropped off there thinking I would get a similar rate as the other 2 I had enquired to over the phone. I told him I had gotten much less quotes from 2 other locations and he just asked me at that point if I wanted it or not realizing I didn’t have much option at that time. Again, the truck worked great and provided for what I needed but felt gouged on the price.
darick sIt would be nice to have a appliance dolly included when you rent a truck to move without an additional cost but it wasnt a deal breaker, would still recommend this location to anyone. Friendly and informative people to work with
