I had a great experience renting the 15’ Truck. It was big enough for all my 1-bedroom apartment furniture and boxes. Pick up and drop off were easy and quick. I marked “not clean”above just because the mats for the driver and passenger seats were not clean when we picked up the truck. However, it did not bother me and the equipment was well-maintained otherwise.

It is not staffed normally during business hours. Reserved a utility dolly and was given an appliance dolly. Had to stop at another U-Haul location to get correct dolly. Reserved 60 furniture blankets and was only given 26. Vehicle was not cleaned in the cab or cargo area. Key lock box was very difficult to open.
Michael LTheir website and door states they were open on Saturdays until 2 pm. I arrived at 12:30 pm and the place was closed, nobody around and no instructions on how to leave the trailer.
DAVID GTerrible experience. Only have self drop off, employees never confirmed the truck was dropped off and instead of literally walking outside, they called/texted for days and threatened legal action. This was a last minute location change on U-Haul’s part, and they never honored their partial refund for the inconvenience and added distance. Not military/veteran friendly. Recommend using a different company all together.
Dax BI did not have a good experience. My initial rental, set for mobile pick-up after hours, was not staged. The business did not open until 13hrs later, at which point my reservation couldn’t be found so I had to make a brand new rental. After returning my rental, my truck was not checked-in, resulting in me receiving a notice that my contract was void. This location did allow for me to return my truck after-hours, a definite positive. Unfortunately, the negatives are overwhelming.

Reynaldo NWe returned our truck on Saturday at about 4:00 when it wasn’t due until Sunday at 4:00. I was told they were open until six. Tried calling Sunday to make sure everything was ok but got no answer. Girl called Monday morning and said it was a day late!! She did not see the truck Sunday!!! I asked how she could not have seen a 20’ truck?! Tried charging for an extra day!!! Luckily Tempest and then Candy helped with the situation!
Sherry HWe arrived after hours so there obviously wouldn’t be anyone there to help us, not their fault. I will say that there really wasn’t much space to drop the trailer off since there were marked spots for the location but all were taken up.
Charlene CAfter uhaul transferred us to this location our reservation got messed up. 1.5 hours to straighten that out. After it took another 30 minutes for her to figure out how to process our payment. This put us way behind schedule. U haul was difficult and she didn't know what she was doing. It cost us extra money for a trailer because of the time crunch.
Randall SThere was pet hair all inside the cab at pick up - all on the seats, the floorboard, the dash, on the doors. Also a few potato chips on the floorboard. In the cup holders were spilt drinks and the cup holders were all sticky. The cab was definitely not cleaned after the previous usage. The storage bed also had not been swept clean after the previous usage.
