michael C.First trailer we hooked up to had malfunctioning right turn signal. wasted a good amount of time changing wire connector and retesting all lights. Owners of this location were amazing! Very upset about final bill but unfortunately have no written or email correspondence to prove that I was given a rate of $7.95 a day to compensate for the inconvenience of picking up two days before I actually needed the trailer as well as picking up at a location 40 minutes away from my home. Rate was also provided to me due to an advertisement that is still being shown at the 19th ave and Bell road location in phoenix az advertising one way rentals for 1/2 price on one way rentals of 5x8 trailers.

TODD H.uhaul needs to do a much better job at making sure their inventory is correct on their website when booking. I booked a unit that was supposedly available, but had to change my plans due to the technology not being accurate. That was pretty frustrating.

Stacey C.The truck and rental location was fine. U-hauls billing dept. sucks though. Today I was charged .$45.79, almost 3 weeks after I used the rental. Excuse was that U-Haul only charged me $148 something, and just now decided to charge me the rest. All my bills are due now at the end of the month, I wish U-Haul would have got things straight to begin with.

donna S.The Ball and Hitch that I ordered was unable to be loosened to turn over and fit the trailer properly. Out of 2 Greensburg, Indiana Uhaul dealers, only one(Anita) was willing to help me try and fix the ball and hitch, even with a vice and a sledge hammer were they unable to fix it....This is unacceptable. Also, the guy at the Rimrock pickup said that I was to drop off the trailer in Auburn on Monday, 3-9-2020, but yet I was still billed an extra 2 days and he printed out Oxford as a return place. I feel that your company scammed me out of 40$, and I will be contacting the BBB about this issue. Also, the appliance dolly was junk, the left wheel was stuck and so I am left with black streaks across my hard wood floors, you'll be lucky if you don't have a civil suit on your hands.......All in all, I will seek out other companies other than yours to do any future moving and will tell everyone I know, as well as blow up social media about the unprofessional way you treat your customers.
