We will not support the u haul dealer off of union drive in cottonwood, to many bad experiences. So the extra 15 mile drive to Rimrock is only a small price to pay. I only wished the old cottonwood location on 6th street did not turn into a Penske Truck Rental Dealership, they cant rent just the auto transports.

Returned within two hours because vehicle would not fit on the trailer. The UHauL information, as far as what vehicles will fit the trailer, IS USELESS! Had the trailer returned within two hours. Because, the car would not fit on the trailer. Still had to pay full price. Waist of valuable time and money. Never Again WillTheyHaul!

Employee was very helpful and explained to me about the deposit and that normally your not charged when using a debit card and informed me about the refund coming in a check therefor i probly wont rent one again with that kind of policy i feel as if as soon as i return the trailer the deposit should go back on my card and not have to wait for a check in the mail
