The staff at the location was great but the U-Haul system was having issues and very slow. It took nearly 90 minutes for the staff to get the system to process the reservation so I could get the truck. I also tried to use the U-haul app but it was freezing up as well and the message to me was that it would take 45 minutes to be able to talk to someone. Additionally, the app showed the wrong pick up location but my email showed this location which was due to U-haul calling me to change the pick up location. It was not the same pleasant experience that I have had previously with U-haul. Very stressful and disappointing.

Stacey CThe drop off location was easy to locate and very close to my relatives home. The truck and equipment offered made our move so convenient. Jenny at the storage facility offered us the best customer service we've had in a long time, she offers top notch customer care. The storage unit facility closes at 5pm not 7 pm as the website states. Jenny accomdated us and I can't express how much she has helped me during this move. She is always smiling and she is straight forward honest and we appreciate her. The storage units are easy to get in and out of they appear clean yet offer privacy.
