How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was remote and isolated. I am a single woman out in the middle of nowhere, and customer service was, at best, marginal. There was no Wi-Fi, no support, and spotty service for after-hours pickup. Your options for one-way are severely limited, and I'll look to other companies in the future

M JThe staff at the location was great but the U-Haul system was having issues and very slow. It took nearly 90 minutes for the staff to get the system to process the reservation so I could get the truck. I also tried to use the U-haul app but it was freezing up as well and the message to me was that it would take 45 minutes to be able to talk to someone. Additionally, the app showed the wrong pick up location but my email showed this location which was due to U-haul calling me to change the pick up location. It was not the same pleasant experience that I have had previously with U-haul. Very stressful and disappointing.
