The location is fairly remote, which I suppose is expected in a rural area, but doesn’t feel particularly safe. I would recommend this location because of the owner’s professional and friendly manner.

Wayne FUhaul sent me 45 minutes one way so 1.5 hrs out of my way to drop off at this location when there is a uhaul 15 minutes from my house. Inconvenient and cost me time and additional fuel.
David GI got told one thing then got something totally different charged when you guys told me you would not charge me for km only 10km and you charged me for 48km. You lied over and over told me one thing did a totally different thing. Truck was not in good condition half of it actually worked I rented a small truck you guys gave me a big one. Moved locations 5 times. Most disappointing experience I have ever have and would not recommend to anyone to trust u haul. You can contact myself at 365-889-1157
Matthew AI’m not sure why I was charged an extra $37 when I dropped off? When I picked up the gas tank was empty and we put gas in and returned it at the same level? Could someone respond and explain the extra charge please? Thank you

GARY MWasn't impressed that I dropped the truck off the same day I rented and because they weren't open for the weekend I was charged an extra day. I want a refund for that!!!!

Todd yI was charged an EZ Fuel charge and it was deducted from my rental deposit. I’m not sure why I was charged this. I emailed Uhaul regarding this charge but I have yet to hear back from them.
Steve MAuto transporters are very hard to find. You need to supply more car haulers they are very much in demand.

Jamie MGoing online to pick up the truck did not work and made the process very frustrating. Then on top of that I was charged more money for using it.
DOUGLAS WDo not force someone to go pick up the truck in Wingham when I asked for Guelph and booked several weeks before. This was well over an hour away from my pick up location that I booked. I was told the night before of the change and only offered additional kilometers to compensate. They also did not provide the furniture pads or dolley I ordered. Terrible service and very disappointed. The gentlemen at the Wingham location was very nice and I am quite upset with the district group who created this major inconvenience.

Ron FThis location was over an hour away from my chosen pickup point. The truck is in need of mechanical maintenance. Being a licenced mechanic I can tell you that the steering is loose, the steering wheel was off to the left by at least 20 degrees. The brakes are screaming like they need replacing.

Mark BDisappointed by 5 items: 1. truck had excessive steering wheel play (reported at drop off) 2. truck reeked of pipe smoke (hotels are able to deal with this) 3. upon arrival for 8am pick up, "closed" sign still on door, delaying my departure 4. agent needed to enter lots of information in spite of my pre-check-in and prepaid deposit, delaying my departure. 5. agent responded with a very high gas usage estimate that meant I put 80L of gas into the truck when it used less than 55L resulting in needless expense.

KEVIN SI had no problem with the location Itself however I did have issues with the online check in process and had to call customer service for assistance. Once the representative was able to correct the problem the online check in was great.

heather gI never received the texts with info so when I arrived the worker wasn't expecting me and wasn't really open. I was lucky he was there to process the paper work. When I went to return it the contract just said Exeter and to call an 888 number, the first time I called the person was of no help, so after trying to return the U-Haul to a confused minimart worker that doesn't have a U-Haul spot anymore, called back and was directed to a town ten minutes away to drop off. So it was a bit frustrating. Needing a 15ft truck when we just wanted a van was also obnoxious but that's more.our fault for the last minute booking.

CHRIS BMy husband had to drive an hour and a half one way to pick up the Uhaul truck. We wasted 4 hours of our day (the day before moving). And we’re only given 1 day notice of this change. The truck only had driving keys and not keys to actually lock the truck.
David CEstimate was off by $100.00. Was not impressed. Price was estimaed in km but I got charged in miles. Can't understand why. Never rent again I hope.
