Wayne F.Uhaul sent me 45 minutes one way so 1.5 hrs out of my way to drop off at this location when there is a uhaul 15 minutes from my house. Inconvenient and cost me time and additional fuel.
David G.I got told one thing then got something totally different charged when you guys told me you would not charge me for km only 10km and you charged me for 48km. You lied over and over told me one thing did a totally different thing. Truck was not in good condition half of it actually worked I rented a small truck you guys gave me a big one. Matthew A.I'm not sure why I was charged an extra $37 when I dropped off? When I picked up the gas tank was empty and we put gas in and returned it at the same level? Could someone respond and explain the extra charge please? Thank you
