Everything I requested when booking the Uhaul were not met. I asked for pick up to be in Listowel - I had to go to Wingham to get the trunk. I asked to drop it off close to my daughter’s university in Ottawa, was told that day that the lot was full so we had to make alternate arrangements. I asked for a 10’ truck and had to take a 15’ truck. I estimate spending at least an extra $100 on gas alone for the bigger truck. I’m not happy with all of the changes that were made to my reservation. There were no issues with the locations.

jason eStop having the person in charge of this area trying to switch the reservation to the Esso dealer in Wingham. It is aggravating and unnecessary as the B- Line Wingham dealer is accessible , convenient , knowledgeable, provides excellent service and the vehicles are maintained properly. There is a language barrier and confusion at the Esso dealer.
ROSS DThis dealer is excellent. There seems to be another dealer in the same area that U- Haul seems to be trying to switch their business to. Not a good idea as the dealer I dealt with is First Class, not like the new dealer that I am aware of.
ROSS DEasy drop off. Was under mileage, fuel level was where it was supposed to be on my end, quick and wavy process
