The driveway was blocked by a uhaul truck so you had to park the truck on the street. The key drop wasn't clear that it was uhaul either so it wasn't a very comfortable drop off experience.

The equipment was certainly well-maintained however we did notice that the box was dirty and we were told we were required to clean it so easy and the previous customer was also required to clean or be charged

Poor customer service. Uhaul dealers (Fredericton) mistake and I'm charged extra. Not impressed. Should have been told one way rental was extra!!! I won't be renting again and I will be passing this in to my friends.

Very friendly and willing to explain everything. Pick up and drop off a snap. Don't be in a rush as it takes a bit of time to go over paperwork and equipment but it's worth it. Can't beat price. Thanks.

My biggest problem is I reserved a truck that is less than 1 km away from where I needed to pick up and drop off and had to go 120 km to go pick up a truck pay for the gas there and back which totalled $70 and take four hours of my time to pick up and delivery truck. I found it very unacceptable service and will look elsewhere to rent vehicles in the future.

Hello. The only thing I would change is have the moving van full of fuel for each new customer. Just makes it easier to tell the customer to bring the van back full of fuel instead of having to guess the amount at the pump. Other than that great.

We booked almost a month in advance and weren't told we'd have a truck until 3 days ahead, had to drive and HOUR AND A HALF to get the truck. No compensation. Treated poorly over the phone. I am a repeat customer and I was treated like crap this time around, and over charged. I wish you guys could do something about this, it has my wife and I just feeling completely defeated. Awful service.

Taillights, etc especially on the left hand side worked intermently. Was not able to do,express check in as system would not accept my NB DL #. Trailer was not available at location reserved on line and I did not know until I called uhaul toll free. Agent there was neither helpful or courtiuos.

Ensure the bookings are what they say they are the first time . Booked an enclosed trailer but when got confirmation was as an open trailer . had to travel to pickup an enclosed trailer because no more were available . The big bonus was the person who rented me the trailer was a garage who was able to fix the flat on the spot with minimal delays .

bETTER AFTER HOURS COMMUNICATION IN CASE OF AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A RENTAL. I WAS STRANDED ALONG HIGHWAY FROM 17:30 HRS UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING UNABLE TO RENT A TRUCK UNTIL 0730 THE NEXT MORNING. if IT WAS POSSIBLE I COULD HAVE OFF LOADED MY TRAILER AND CONTINUED ON MYWAY.

Receptionist was rude with no customer services skill In my opinion she should be send anger management skills. We drove for over an hour to pick up our uhaul that we had reserved 3 days prior when we gotten there the receptionist would not let us have our reserved uhaul as she accidentally booked that day for somebody else and cancelled our reservation. We ended up calling the toll free uhaul number several times and finally were giving the uhaul about an hour later. We had ppl hired to help load the uhaul that we had to pay an hour for just waiting around. I will never recommend this location or this company to anybody

This location was the only location with a large truck. There was no truck available of the size that I had reserved in the Jacksonville area. However U-haul was understanding and discounted mileage for me which was appreciated. Truck could have been cleaner, cargo box was Ok cleaned but the cab to drive in was very messy. Overall I like U-haul and do recommend U-haul.

The operator of this location did not show up. I had to arrange for my pick up over the phone. I will never agree to this location again.

There were problems with their u-haul computer system where it was not reading my card, then she had to call in to manually give the card number over the phone. I was first told I could pay cash insted of the charge on my visa but then it was put on my visa anyway. Minor 'hiccups', not a big deal. The price for renting the 4x8 trailer was amazing at just under $17

the truck should be full of fuel when picked up ande full when delivered I ended up with an extra 1/3 of a tank extra and was not rebated extra cost for me not fair at all

Everything was good except I wasn't able to get call the Alton gas bar the day of pick up because the u haul phone is broken stays busy single all the time other than things were great

The parking lot where the vehicles were parked was unmaintained, which meant my dad, boyfriend and two other friends spent 30 minutes digging out the 20' truck stuck in the snow and ice. The service attendant was the only staff onsite and she had just spent 45 minutes digging out a customer before we arrived, plus attending to the gas station sector of the business. This location is very poorly managed. It was not the attendant's fault that we spent so much time and effort (not to mention 30 minutes worth of fuel as the truck was running). It was an unfortunate experience which will hopefully be rectified immediately for future customers. It is unlikely we would return to this location again for a rental.
