Why does this say resolved when I've not spoken with anyone?
Kim TMy original rental time was 9am. Victory Fuels told me to be there at 9:30. Movers scheduled for 10:30. Arrived to pick up rental and the only ONE available at the "UHAUL rental". SHE did not know how to remove the transport (how do you load a truck with a transport connected??), and the owner was out of town. He did however try to assist her, on the telephone to no avail. Movers scheduled at 10:30 and I am still attempting to find instructions as to the removal. Spoke with a UHAUL representative who said I could drive to another Uhaul location to have it taken off the truck. Seriously, it is 10:45, luckily movers a bit late, and I'm still trying to remove the hitch. I learned my movers will help, and I have to pay another $250, because of liability on their business, understandable. Because of the transport, and all the phone calls, searches online, with the only result being PAY MORE MONEY ON THE DAY OF MOVING, ALONG with all the stress of a move, I nearly missed the opportunity to unload as I arrived at 4:58pm, and storage closes at 5. Luckily, Rome Georgia storage took the time to afford me my storage unit, and my in town helpers were still AVAILABLE. WORST UHAUL truck/transport RENTAL IN MY MANY YEARS OF USING your company. ALL this on moving day that was schedule through the APP, and changed, and AGAIN changed, by UHAUL. My feelings are that your company no longer cares of anything but money. Since when do you charge for transport removal, at a rate of $55 (pd in Rome to storage facility)? First time I've ever had to add unplanned monies for such a thing, PLUS the additional monies to have someone other than UHAUL, remove the transport for loading of my belongings. I used your APP, booked approx two weeks ahead, and I DIDN'T book A TRANSPORT OR A 20 FOOT TRUCK. That's what your company HAD AVAILABILE. What a MESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Kim TEmployee knew nothing about U-Haul rental or even where keys were, Van only 1/4 tank gas, call CS had to wait for manager to arrive put back one hour in time schedule fir all this BS.

TIERRA MPoor equipment. The alignment was WAY off. The wheel had to be turned sideways in order to even drive it. It vibrated all over the place.

adam hI reserved the truck from Friday until Monday and was told the cost would be reduced if the truck was returned early. It was returned on Sunday but I was charged for the full 3 days.

Penny AThe steering wheel adjustment lever was missing. Blinking maintenance light that back tire was low. Candy wrappers were in the cup holder and under the seat. Damage to the quarter panel had not been repaired. U Haul should consider installing seats that adjust vertically and horizontally, as people come in all shapes and sizes. I am 5', and the 15 miles drive home was cantankerous with a steering wheel stuck in a highly raised position and low seats with worn out cushioning that I could barely see above the instrument panel. The pillows I picked up from home added the height I needed to drive to & from safely! ENDEAVOR TO PERSEVERE!

Eric LI requested the truck to be at a different location but was sent 15 miles further down the road; therefore, by the end of it, was charged for about 30 more miles than I should have been because the truck was in the wrong location. When I got there, even though I requested the truck at 8:30am, they told me the UHaul employee doesn't open the place until 9:30am. Luckily, the girl working at the gas station was able to call him and I was finally able to get the truck but I had to go and get my own Appliance Dolly in a back room of the gas station. When I returned the truck, about 15 miles further away than I should have been able to, the employee questioned whether I added gas back to it even though he watched me fill it back up at the exact same gas station I was returning it to. This all would have been avoided if I was able to pick up the truck in the location I requested to begin with and I wouldn't have been charged near as much either.

marian bStop charging almost $100 for extensions. Truck rentals should be one flat rate, there should not be extra charges tagged on after the truck is turned in. We were charged almost $400 for the truck and an extra day.
Natalie MThey overcharged me by $50 and there's no way to get that back. I wasn't sent a receipt. I traveled. 34miles at 75c a mile. Had the uhaul for 2 days. It was $27 a day. Paid the $15 insurance fee. Was charged $149.11. They said they would send a receipt by email. I never got one. I got the initial receipt saying my estimated total was $95.
Wendy JThe only issue that I had is that the U-Haul supposed to have been back at 12:00 noon I called him early yesterday morning and asked her how much it'll be if I burned it in late cuz I didn't get off work till 3:00 or 3:30 she said that I didn't have to pay anything that long as I have it there by 5:00 or 5:30 which is what there before 5:30 but when I got in the car I looked at my account and I'll see where they was trying to get $58 and something from so I'm very upset about that and I don't appreciate it and I can't understand why would they do that and why would she lie when I come to answer you sure ma'am I don't have to pay anything she said you good so that's all other than that everything was just fine

Timothy HThe store owner at Victory is quite rude and unhelpful. He also tried to scam us out of more money saying we drove almost double the amount of miles even though we easily proved we didn’t even drive as much as we thought but were still paying the original amount. Which I do believe was still an overcharge on his end. He just was not pleasant to deal with. But the people from U-Haul I spoke to on the phone, Ryan and someone else from reservations, were the sweetest and most helpful people! 10/10 U-Haul. The truck and equipment was amazing as this was our first time using you guys!
