It took over two weeks to finalize my transaction, and I had to go through U-Haul, as they sent me emails saying I had never returned the truck. The staff was nice, but the person in charge of the U-Haul check-in needs to be better about getting paperwork back to people. I truly feel there should have been some kind of discount for having to wait this long to finalize my 8hr, same day move.Eric C.

Person had no clue the truck was being rented had to call manager at his house talked to him over phone. No one did a truck over look. Roll up door in back was actually messed up.Ronald G.
Representative did not know how to use the U-Haul computer system to check me in. I had reserved blankets to help move expensive furniture but there were none at this location. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find moving blankets with a driver's side door that was ajar. When I returned I had to call the regional manager. He was able to at least check me out and said I didn't have to pay for gas though I still had to pay for the blankets I never received and the extra mileage. So I basically got swindled.
