Ben HThe truck was awful front end was all messed up, putting gas in was a nightmare every 30cents it would click off. The whole drive was an absolute nightmare thinking the truck was going to break down. This truck needs some desperate service. Would be happy with a discount.

Cathy CIt took over two weeks to finalize my transaction, and I had to go through U-Haul, as they sent me emails saying I had never returned the truck. The staff was nice, but the person in charge of the U-Haul check-in needs to be better about getting paperwork back to people. I truly feel there should have been some kind of discount for having to wait this long to finalize my 8hr, same day move.
