Nice lady . Personable and professional
RICHARD FJill did a great job with getting me going and found the best place for me to drop off the equipment nearest my destination. She entered everything into the account so I could even drop off after hours by following simple instructions on the app. Everything went very smoothly and I appreciate your professional operation.
JERRY LMy card was charged twice when I swapped for a larger truck causing my account to be overdrawn and leaving me stranded, because I could not afford gas.
Charise YI did not interact with any personnel as I returned it after business hours and the location office was closed.
SOMI OThe lady who served me Saturday went out her way to make sure I was able to rent the same day I was so appreciative of that cuz she was handling many things at once but made a way for me to handle my business I wanted to thank her for that

SAMANTHA WStaff was extremely courteous and accommodating. I arrived a little before opening time and waited outside on a very hot morning. When they saw me, the invited me inside the office to stay cool while they were finishing their opening procedures, and started the pick up process as soon as they were complete. I was on my way with my rental less than 15 minutes later.

Javier VWhen I got the u haul, it had roaches in it. Someone struck a something on the passenger side by the lights, the left headlight was broken and it look like it had clipped something with the mirror. The person at the rental place wrote a statement and was brought to their attention. I can’t really blame the rental place for the damages and uncleanliness.

Roy BLet your customers know that the app will not work until the reservation time. I tried several times to start the app prior to my pickup time and it would not work. I was nervous because I did not think it would work at all. Other than that, it all worked out perfectly.

Gail BIt would have been more helpful if y'all could have had a more electrical consult for malfunctioning tail lights as I drove 4.5 hrs , last hour in dark and rain. I was glad I wasn't pulled over by cops. That being said, she did all the troubleshooting she could under the circumstances and was very nice.

debra bThey gave us the truck with the AC blowing hot air. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We had to meet the mechanic at 3:15 a.m. half way through our trip to get it fixed. NOT NOT GOOD!!!

Dustin MThe lady where I rented the trailer from in Villa Ricca was very helpful. However, I had a tire go bad two hours out of Atlanta when I was doing a 1700 mile round-trip. U-Haul left me sitting on the side of the road for four hours. I think I should be compensated for that, bad experience with many I’ve had with U-Haul that one really sucked .
