The after hours check in through U-Haul is a joke. I was there 5 minutes after my reserve time and it says there is no longer a vehicle reserved for me. So I call the number I am supposed to and after being on hold for 20 minutes I get a call coming in from U-Haul asking if I am still going to make my pick up. I explained that I was there trying to and she informed me that I have to be there before my pick up time? After trying to reset it for several minutes with no luck I get another incoming call from U-Haul asking if I am still going to pick up my reservation. At this time luckily someone from the facility came and and was wonderful. Opened up after hours and took care of everything. I will never use the after hours pick up again. Too many failures.

MICHAEL MI have extra charges that aren’t in my original receipt. I was charged $178 for the rental and mileage but there is an extra almost $100 in charges after the fact. The gas was put back to original place and I’d like an explanation about it. I use U-Haul a lot and the past 2 times I have been charged way extra without explanation. I work hard for my money not to just say ok and give it away

JERRY LMy card was charged twice when I swapped for a larger truck causing my account to be overdrawn and leaving me stranded, because I could not afford gas.

SAMANTHA WStaff was extremely courteous and accommodating. I arrived a little before opening time and waited outside on a very hot morning. When they saw me, the invited me inside the office to stay cool while they were finishing their opening procedures, and started the pick up process as soon as they were complete. I was on my way with my rental less than 15 minutes later.

Javier VWhen I got the u haul, it had roaches in it. Someone struck a something on the passenger side by the lights, the left headlight was broken and it look like it had clipped something with the mirror. The person at the rental place wrote a statement and was brought to their attention. I can’t really blame the rental place for the damages and uncleanliness.

Roy BLet your customers know that the app will not work until the reservation time. I tried several times to start the app prior to my pickup time and it would not work. I was nervous because I did not think it would work at all. Other than that, it all worked out perfectly.

Gail BIt would have been more helpful if y'all could have had a more electrical consult for malfunctioning tail lights as I drove 4.5 hrs , last hour in dark and rain. I was glad I wasn't pulled over by cops. That being said, she did all the troubleshooting she could under the circumstances and was very nice.
