Location was fine. Uhaul had a broken wiper blade on driver side and all moving supplies ordered were not included with truck (dolly, blankets, etc.) Uhaul AC unit was not very strong and had to drive with the windows down to stay cool. Radio was not loud at all.

KYLE AThis location gave my truck to another person two days before my reservation was coming up, called me and told me that I would have to go 20 miles out of my way to pick up a different truck a smaller truck at that double charged me then said that I owed them $75 for them making me go out of my way U-Haul‘s total cost $255 for me to move 10 miles. They do not stand by their reservations they do not give you the $50 because I still have not received mine for when you’re asked to go to a different location after you’ve had a reservation for over a week and a half someone else can come in and just take your truck and you are lost so you’re better off just calling the place itself And paying off the owner

Mike WPicked up the truck, drove it 10 mins to apartment, loaded the truck, went to leave and the battery was dead. Waited over 5 hrs for someone to come replace the battery. The Uhaul roadside assistance said they would refund the rental and extend the return time. They extended the return time but charged me for the rental. Their inability to provide a reliable and working truck cost me to pay for my apartment longer because I was unable to move for 5 hrs.

Janee GThe mobile app sucks!!! I waited for almost an hour to pick up my reservation! The app was unable to verify my location... it was very stressful, u was already stressed about moving day!! This should be an easy process, but you make it way more complicated than it needs to be. I will not be using u haul again!!!

Robert PI needed a heavy duty appliance cart to move my new and old refrigerator. They had it a lot of locations did not have that piece of equipment. So they got the rental of that and a box truck.
Harry MI asked for email only/no text but I still received texts. I was told my truck moved to a different pickup location twice. I was told there wasn't a truck at all. This was communicated to me inconsistently with various communication channels. Online order wasn't helpful to determine if I had a truck secured and where to pick up. The phone agent was helpful and confirmed I had a truck and what location to pick up.
Thomas PNo 26' truck as planned which required me to make 2 trips. Truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. I reserved 36 furniture blankets, zero were available.
Jacob KCheck the trucks it was dirty smelled like a chain smoker. And when it put it in reverse it wouldnt go it acted as it was in neutral and then you would have to play with it to get it to go to reverse
Rebecca Fno attendant was available during the office hours that where given to me at the time of my reservation. when I contacted the owner with the phone number on the door he said he couldn't make it to the location to help me. When I did get my truck with help from having to call UHaul, there was no appliance dolly or the 12 blankets that I had reserved, again I called him back and there was no answer, so I called UHaul back and was told that I could drive to the nearest corporate location which was 33 miles away. Not UHaul's finest moment

Eileen THow about you start by actually cleaning the trucks? There were drugs on the dashboard of the truck that I rented. Literal narcotics.

Joshua HWindshield was cracked in the truck I rented and not marked on the damages report so i had to report it. No one ever answers the phone at this location.
Erin BPhil was great! He made my otherwise jacked-up reservation bearable. This was not my requested pick-up location, it was actually an hour away from my pick-up location. My reservation was for 7am and this location didn't open until 10am. Phil came in early so that we could get our truck and get on our way because we had an auto hauler to pick-up 90 minutes away in the opposite direction. UHaul did not make this convenient in any way.. Thank you, Phil!

Juan MThe rental place was great however this is the second rental that I’ve had within the year in which equipment I reserved more than 2 weeks in advance was not available and had to drive 30min out of my way, 1-1.5 hour round trip to get equipment which forced me to move back my move by a day, both times.
Sarae BI got there at the time the location said they were open. No one was there. I called the number and was referred to a different number. I called that number and talked to a person. He asked if I had a smartphone. I said I did. He said "use that. No one is coming." Van ran well and was clean. It was, however, plowed in. My son kicked the snow wall down that was in front of the vehicle. When we started the van, it complained that both front tires had low air pressure. Called roadside assistance -- they said it would be about an hour before anyone could get there. I asked if it was OK if we put the air in as a convenience store was ½ block away; they said OK, told us how much to put in so we did that.
James SSad, I’d like to give a nice review but I can’t. We could barely get the truck out, it was blocked in by two other trucks. Thankfully we got it out. There were some dents, and the muffler was gone. So we had to have headphones in the whole time we drove it, and still heard all of the noise. It was extremely loud and the check engine light was on. They shouldn’t allow it to be rented. There was no gas in it when we turned it on!!
Alfred JI had to wait a half hour before anyone showed up, and the attendant seemed annoyed that I was there. Tried to tell him I had a quick check and he insisted he had to look it it up first.Also I had to keep the truck overnight because of a ice storm, spoke with customer service and they said they would only charge the regular 29.99 but we were charged nearly double what our bill should have been for one day. It was returned with more gas than it had, and I very well could have been killed in the parking lot that was a complete sheet of ice. BBB will be contacted.

Kiiy JWe had a rear tire blow out on the truck, and waited almost 2.5 hours for roadside assistance. Also, the inspection was out on the truck by 5 months. We will be expecting a refund for our rental!

Carlos CGet a new location with someone who showed up , not tell you they weren’t coming in because they were short handed. Then you have to set on hold with u haul for over an hour to figure out how to get your truck while workers are on payroll waiting. Very Poor Management!
Ronald KI called regarding my reservation and was told that they did not have it, nor the truck that was needed for the day it was reserved. I was told that a truck just was dropped off and if I wanted it, I would need to come the day early to pick it up. I was told I could drop it off when originally scheduled, but then this was not true and it was supposed to be dropped off the day earlier. It was a huge mess and I was charged much more than my original reservation.
Jenna SWe had a horrible experience! We rented a truck and it was a faulty truck with either an exhaust or converter issue to the point after driving 30 min we couldn’t even hear one another in the truck. It took 3 hours for the roadside to tell us nobody could come fix it, we couldn’t drive it anywhere to be fixed and had to bring the broken truck back to place and re rent another truck! On top of it all I just seen my bank statement and I was charged for the day the truck was broke! I was also told they would be discounting the next day travel and still haven’t seen that credited to my account either! Customer service was very slow 5 hours of moving wasted on top I had to pay another day cause we couldn’t make it that day it was too late!!
