I made a reservation for pick up at 10am. We got there and no one was there. Hours are 10-3 for a Saturday. We called but no answer. We canceled and rescheduled for a mobile pick up At 2pm. We were supposed to get an appliance dolly but it wasn’t in the truck. When we got there no one was there and there was an issue so I had to call U-Haul which took forever to get through the wait time.

Kyle MTruck inside could have used some TLC. Various spills on and around center console and cup holders. Dusty dashboard. A couple minutes with a rag would have done wonders.
Kenny MThe inside of the cab had dirt all over the floor, seat, dash and cup holder area. Inside the back of the truck was covered with debris from a previous rental. I was having an issue with uploading pictures upon pickup. I asked the gentleman for help and he told me just don’t worry about it. I needed to upload at least one picture to complete my pickup and he had no interest in helping me. Plus I did not want to be reliable for previous scratch and dents. I had to call 1800GoUHaul to help.
Tyler CGot charged double than what I thought for only about 12 miles of usage. Otherwise it was a good experience.
