The rental place was great however this is the second rental that I've had within the year in which equipment I reserved more than 2 weeks in advance was not available and had to drive 30min out of my way, 1-1.5 hour round trip to get equipment which forced me to move back my move by a day, both times.Sarae B.

I got there at the time the location said they were open. No one was there. I called the number and was referred to a different number. I called that number and talked to a person. He asked if I had a smartphone. I said I did. He said "use that. No one is coming." Van ran well and was clean. It was, however, plowed in. My son kicked the snow wall down that was in front of the vehicle. When we started the van, it complained that both front tires had low air pressure. Called roadside assistance -- they said it would be about an hour before anyone could get there. I asked if it was OK if we put the air in as a convenience store was Â½ block away; they said OK, told us how much to put in so we did that.James S.
Sad, I'd like to give a nice review but I can't. We could barely get the truck out, it was blocked in by two other trucks. Thankfully we got it out. There were some dents, and the muffler was gone. So we had to have headphones in the whole time we drove it, and still heard all of the noise. It was extremely loud and the check engine light was on. They shouldn't allow it to be rented. There was no gas in it when we turned it on!!Alfred J.
I had to wait a half hour before anyone showed up, and the attendant seemed annoyed that I was there. Tried to tell him I had a quick check and he insisted he had to look it it up first.Also I had to keep the truck overnight because of a ice storm, spoke with customer service and they said they would only charge the regular 29.99 but we were charged nearly double what our bill should have been for one day. It was returned with more gas than it had, and I very well could have been killed in the parking lot that was a complete sheet of ice. BBB will be contacted.Colleen B.

We had a rear tire blow out on the truck, and waited almost 2.5 hours for roadside assistance. Also, the inspection was out on the truck by 5 months. We will be expecting a refund for our rental!Trevor L.

Get a new location with someone who showed up , not tell you they weren't coming in because they were short handed. Then you have to set on hold with u haul for over an hour to figure out how to get your truck while workers are on payroll waiting. Very Poor Management!Ronald K.
I called regarding my reservation and was told that they did not have it, nor the truck that was needed for the day it was reserved. I was told that a truck just was dropped off and if I wanted it, I would need to come the day early to pick it up. I was told I could drop it off when originally scheduled, but then this was not true and it was supposed to be dropped off the day earlier. It was a huge mess and I was charged much more than my original reservation.Jenna S.

We had a horrible experience! We rented a truck and it was a faulty truck with either an exhaust or converter issue to the point after driving 30 min we couldn't even hear one another in the truck. It took 3 hours for the roadside to tell us nobody could come fix it, we couldn't drive it anywhere to be fixed and had to bring the broken truck back to place and re rent another truck! On top of it all I just seen my bank statement and I was charged for the day the truck was broke! I was also told they would be discounting the next day travel and still haven't seen that credited to my account either! Customer service was very slow 5 hours of moving wasted on top I had to pay another day cause we couldn't make it that day it was too late!! the truck was not available when i had reserved it. it was almost an hour i had to wait to get it. then when i returned the vehicle at 3:00PM yesterday i was told that this was not the authorized drop off location and i would be charged an additional $40. which i had no choice but to pay because i needed to drop it off then. i will contact my credit card company and dispute this additional charge since even this evaluation shows i dropped it off where i was supposed to. this is ridiculous.Jeffery B.
No one was there at the time I was to pick up the truck & when I called the 800 they told me there's another 15 miles up the road. This is the 2nd chance I gave UHAUL but never again. I'd buy a truck before I'd rent from you again. Poor customer service all around.Keith S.

A few things - When I turned the truck in, the app would not allow me to upload a picture, the screen turned black. Also, I kept receiving emails stating I did not turn the truck in. I called customer service and explained I was looking at the truck where I parked it. The location never checked the truck in for about a week after the truck was turned in. Very upsetting.Paul L.

After the last time dealing with Uhaul, I was ready to start using another company for my haulting needs. They were shady as all hell. These guys? Renewed my faith in uhaul. beyond fucking excellent! everything was clean, well maintained, super easy....was in and out in five minutes and was about my business.
