It was seriously charged for this service. I was meant to receive a refund rather I was charged extra. I don't think I will use U-Haul again. I need my refund. 😡😡

Not rip customers off ...show up hour late and got charged full day ....plus he never did look inside truck if he did he would have seen the furture covers werent in the bag sealed up.that i got charged for

Truck was dirty. I didn't want to mention it when taking it out because I spent an hour on a call with uHaul and was fed up and just wanted to leave. Also they had a lock on the back door and no mention at all of the code to unlock it anywhere in or outside the truck or in the agreement.. had to wait another 45 mins on call with UHaul for them to figure out the code. Second time using uHaul and both have been terrible experiences.

I was charged $27.00 to fuel up the vehicle after I returned it. But I had fuelled it up to VERY near the correct amount. I was not given paperwork when I first got the vehicle so I needed to go back and ask what the fuel level was. But the person working didn't really know his job and wasted my time because of that, quite frustrating . I would like the additional fuel charges reimbursed. Thank you

What the fuck shit. Please delete the copy of my license I uploaded, I work in information security and I have 0 confidence that you are storing that correctly. The clerk at Village Laundry was completely unhelpful. Your self sign on is trash. I spent 45 minutes waiting on hold in the fucking parking while trying to go through the online self service bullshit to unlock my key. Hopefully I never need to use your service again.

The customer service from the supervisor or owner who was at that location on May 2nd was fantastic. His name is Jogesh Sharma and did a great job, very kind, professional and clear with all the instructions. Thanks U-Haul

The phone check in instructions were very unclear. No where did it say to enter the facility which wasted lots of time on hold with uhaul before having to go in. Once inside, the service was not great, and the man helping us did not want to print out the service agreement which specified the miles. On return he stated there he was unable to skip the damage screen on his computer and was going to charge extra for damage even though there was no damage on the uhaul. It look a long time to pick up and drop off. I would not recommend even though it was a very convenient location.
