Especially when it was brought to their attention about leak before it even left the site.

He did not want to look how many miles I have anything who knows if he charge me more or not but I would never go there again because he was so rude now only with me to the other customer lady but it was before me

Heather CThe inside driving compartment of the truck was filthy. There was something all over the inside of the windshield, the steering wheel was sticky and we couldn’t find a seat belt latch for the middle seat. The guy at the rental place was very nice and everything there was great.

After being on hold with Uhaul and being transferred and having the call dropped and bounced around for almost an hour she took care of the issue immediately after getting on the phone. Big props to Rachel.
Christian AI completed all online forms including uploading front and back of my drivers license and credit card info and then followed the link for fast check in including again photographing front and back of the drivers license and accepting all conditions and acknowledgment of cost for lost keys. When I came for the vehicle I went through The whole process over again. VERY COUNTER PRODUCTIVE

Sharri TExcellent customer service. Only negative was the location was quite a distance from what we originally booked. UHaul switched from our original pick-up location 2 times. 45 min drive to reach the pick-up location and 45 min drive back (1.5 hour total) as opposed to a 5 minute drive each way for what I originally booked. Seemed unreasonable distance. The truck should have been moved closer to us.

JOHNH ASince the location was closed, i had to go through the online proccess, which was not user friendly at all, especially since i had to do it using a cell phone. having a person walk you through the process in situations like that is what i'd recommend.

DOUGLASANTHONY VVillage Motors was very helpful as my drop off was later than planned. They answered my questions the next day by phone and reassured me that everything was in order & checked back in so I didn't get extra fees. I WILL be doing business with them in future. Only Suggestion is to make LIGHT THE UHAUL sign brighter. Very difficult to see it as it was a very windy night and the only Uhaul sign that I could see from street was swinging horitzontal. Also, without GPS (phone battery died after a long day), it is hard to see the numbers on building. Ridge Road is dark right there. EXTRA LIGHTING would advertise to all passers by. THERE weren't any uhaul trucks parked. Just a suggestion. Everything was great.
donna wAmidst covid, there were 6 people at this location, and none of them were wearing masks.
Benjamin MTried to use your app to drop off the truck early. It would not find my location so that I could proceed. (Yes my phone was set up for it.) Had to leave the truck and return the next day for a formal drop off as not to incur the $20 "convenience" charge. The truck had a minor leak over Granny's Attic which resulted in some minor dampness to my cargo. No major damage however. I reported it to the gentlemen I dropped the truck off to who was very pleasant. Overall I was happy with the truck I rented. It ran well and was very comfortable to drive. Not so happy with the fact that I had to lift a refrigerator by hand when I've had two back surgeries.
