I expect to rent equipment from these folks again. Everything went smoothly and the people are great to work with! Kudos to the U-haul system - the app, the reservation, payment, condition of the equipment, pick-up & drop-off as well as the ability to provide feedback. Everything worked as hoped and expected. This isn’t the cheapest solution for my needs but I’m willing to pay the premium in order to easily check equipment availability, make reservations, payment, confidence of reliable equipment, and mature business people handling the customer interactions.
