The check in the day prior with an agent not related to the location of the rental was disastrous. I was informed thst the trailer size i needed was no longer available and that i needed to drive another 2 hours to get it. I had reserved 30 days in advance, who does this!!! The trailer had been reserved to move my mom out of her appartement to an old age housing. What would she have done if we hadn t found another trailer elsewhere. The new location increased the expenses in fuel. Overall experience with uhaul was atrocious...people at new location were awesome. I would not recommend uhsul for moving...too risky.
