expérience désagréable a cause du système informatique non fonctionnel chez U-Haul j ai du attendre 2 hrs chez le dépositaire et repartie sans remorque U-Haul, j ai dû me loué une autres remorque ailleurs a Mont-laurier pour cette journée, car j avais un rdv précis a respecté pour prendre possession d une motoneige. le lendemain j ai pu avoir la remorque chez le dépositaire et il ne pouvait pas me faire une location d une journée c était 2 jours automatiquement. j ai parler a un représentant chez vous et quelqu un etait sensé me rappeler dans les 72 hrs mais aucune appel recu encore. moi j ai demandé a ce que l on coupe la facture de 50% alors j attend de vos nouvelles. la dame avec qui j ai parler a envoyé ma demande au directeur je crois pour prendre la décision.
Gatan VThe check in the day prior with an agent not related to the location of the rental was disastrous. I was informed thst the trailer size i needed was no longer available and that i needed to drive another 2 hours to get it. I had reserved 30 days in advance, who does this!!! The trailer had been reserved to move my mom out of her appartement to an old age housing. What would she have done if we hadn t found another trailer elsewhere. The new location increased the expenses in fuel. Overall experience with uhaul was atrocious...people at new location were awesome. I would not recommend uhsul for moving...too risky.
