I wanted to pick up at the location I originally entered at a normal u-haul not a car wash. Order a dolly not in the truck. No one told me I had to download in order to pick up the truck for this location
RITA CDoubled rental fee with no warning. Nobody to help reduce charge to what I reserved.
JAMES GThere was only one person at the cash register. He had been told to attend to customers buying gas or in-store items first, so, I had to wait 30 to 45 mins. to finalize the (SELF RETURN TRANSACTION).

DENISE JDisappointed with the way everything was handled with my move, fist I ordered a 26 ft from the U-Haul in Eastvale, they called on Wednesday to let me know that Eastvale did not have available they routed me to Ontario location we arrived there Friday the 16th at 10 am for my reservation and they did have a 26 ft available they said they didn’t know what happened so my only option was to get a 10 ft one which didn’t work for me but didn’t have a choice since I needed to be out of the apartment by 5 pm, then after o drove off the Ontario location the Eastvale location called me and wanted to know if I was gonna get truck because I had and appointment there at 10am had to explain to them that I was routed to Ontario location, not happy at all with U-Haul will call Monday morning to speak with manager.
EDUARDO CIt was a non contact drop off so not much to say but it was ok once I knew what to do and followed the apps instruction
