The process of picking up the rental truck here was chaotic. I reserved a location near the home we were moving out of and UHaul changed my pick up to this location across town. When I arrived, the woman working said I could not take the truck as a one-way rental as all of their trucks have to remain with them. Imagine the stress of having reserved a truck for a state-to-state move only to be told that I could not have the truck - it was not a pleasant beginning to an already stressful situation. After pressing her, she called someone and confirmed that we could in fact, take the truck. Then she couldn’t get the keys out of the box and UHaul had to call me to ask if I could help her open the box. It appears there needs to be more training at locations that are not official U-Haul facilities. Once I finally had access to the truck, it was dirty inside and I had to clean it myself. In addition, I reserved 12 moving blankets and a utility dolly and was given only 6 blankets and an appliance dolly which we were unable to use.
