Michael HMaintain accurate information regarding key drop off at 540 N Vineyard Av Ontario, CA 91764. The app instructions stated to drop off the keys in a drop box. This location does not have a drop box available. The attendant, Susan, at mobile services informed me she is the proper individual, however, seeing as the return of the truck is at my responsibility I was hesitant to provide her the keys causing me to call uhaul customer service. Uhaul should update the app to inform customers this particular location will utilize the mobile services attendant so customers can be reassured they are dropping off with the appropriate individual.

Timothy BThis was the worst U-Haul experience that I've ever had while renting. First, the attendant was, and I had a major dispute with the gas. He claimed I was not at the return qtr of a tank and said I was at an eighth. I picked up the 75 miles to empty truck and returned it at 68 miles to empty. I didn't want to argue and agreed to add the gas to his liking. He then told me that the amount of gas he stated I had was $10.17, but the fees were going to bring the total over $30. This U-Haul location was at a gas station. I told him I'd fill it up myself. Then, he walked around the truck and told me the top of the cab had "damage." When I asked him to point it out (like 3 or 4 times) because I could not see what he was talking about, he said, "Oh, never mind, there is no damage." Now, at this point I think all he is trying to do is upcharge me. After all of this, I moved to add the gas to avoid the fee; he asked to help me out and give me good service. I don't trust him. All I want to do is finish this return and go home. When I tell him not to leave me so politely because I don't want to get charged anything else, he tells me I have damage all over the truck. I then argued with him about the condition of the truck and how dirty it was, and I took pics of the truck before leaving the pickup location. I finish killing the tank and return it to the spot, and tell him to email me the receipt and leave. As I was leaving, my fiancee told me he was yelling at her and being rude for parking in a spot while waiting for me. All in all, horrible service. If you have to pick up or return to the location of DWAA Petroleum Inc., 540 N Vineyard Av, Ontario, CA. 91764, select somewhere else, and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this guy.

Andrea WI need further assistance. I ordered a dolly to rent with the truck I used yesterday for my move and the dolly wasn't in the truck. I need a refund since I had the inconvenience of not being able to use the dolly I ordered with the truck rental. Additionally, U-Haul needs to list instructions on how to get into the truck with a mobile check in. It took me almost an hour later than I planned to leave because there was no e-mail providing instructions when picking up the truck and there were no instructions on your website either. Please do better going forward. Also, please get back to me regarding the refund I need for the dolly as soon as possible. Thank you.

William PClean vehicles. App was not efficient. When there was a problem with the app resetting, not able to verify location, etc. There should be an alternative way to check in and out. The delay picking up the vehicle cost me $300 because it made me late. Very frustrating experience. Vehicle had almost an empty tank when I picked it up. So that made me even later.

MARIA SThere was no cell reception to do the online check in and the gas station did not provide any WiFi. Thankfully I was not alone and between the three of us, one person had a phone that helped us complete the process. If I was alone I wouldn’t have been able to complete the self check in. I wasted so much time figuring it out and became panicked that I wouldn’t be able to complete my move in time.

Anthony VI am handicapped. I returned the trailer, put it on the side of the business where I was told. Then another person came out and demanded that I move the trailer 10 feet and hook it back up to my car. I can barely walk. The contract is not specific that I put that trailer anywhere Just to drop it off where I said. Your drop off point personnel was unacceptable. I’ve never been so insulted. Then I go to call you guys. Over 40 minutes. No chat support. Another 40 minutes on hold trying to call. So I opted for a callback. I got a call back I got hung up on no one ever talk to me , five minutes of silence and then hang up. Bravo what are you guys do for an encore

carman fI was originally supposed to pick up at a different location. They called the day before and said they didn’t have the truck I reserved. So they changed the reservation to another location. When I showed up at the new location, they said they didn’t have a truck for me. They sent me to yet another location. That location didn’t open for another hour so I had to sit and wait. The employee was also about 10 minutes late. The air conditioner in the truck didn’t work well and it was extremely hot. I also reserved furniture pads and they did not provide any, even after I drove back and asked for them. When I went to return, I was supposed to return at a certain location. Apparently, with all the changes, my return location was changed to a location farther away, which caused a mileage fee. It was all just a big mess. Also, if you return after hours, apparently they charge an after hours fee.

Brian LTruck a/c inoperable, forgot my dozen moving blankets. Went to local u-haul in Ranch Cucamonga to try to get blankets and was told would have to rent them again and then return truck to this store! Bad experience, will never use u-haul again!!!!!

dean hThis location was fine. I was scheduled to drop my equipment in another location but I was changed to this one. The location where I had storage ask to drop trailer there and truck later when I am finish unloading but when I was there was no space to park the truck and I couldn’t check out through app so I had to go to this location to do off the truck. This was inconvenience. Rest the guy who took the keys was nice

Was charged insurance which I didn't ask for I will not recommend or use uhaul again. When I called to dispute this was put on hold then hung up on. Very unprofessional from a big company like that.
