I had reserved a truck and trailer at the Uhaul location a mile from the house. The night before I was told I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location to pick up the truck, and 45 minutes in the opposite direction to pick up the trailer. Not this vendors fault, just a terrible way to do business from Uhaul

The lady where I picked up truck was extremely helpful and friendly
jim ea bit hard to find, location clean and inviting? it's literally behind a building in an alley so not so much but it gets the job done - simply a drop off parking lot behind a strip mall, the associate on the phone and when finally met in person, was very sweet.
TAMARA BThe drop off was easy but they should have mentioned to drop off rentals in the back. Other then that it was okay.
