Very disappointed with U-HAUL as a whole , not the place of pick up . U-HAUL ONLINE CORPORATE advertisement book online make it easier was a complete crap show ! Not only did they cancel out reservations with out notifying us before pick up - we had the run around through 2 vendors which thank goodness that helped. Then we booked a 1 way trip so we didn’t have to cover mileage cause of how far we went . We then rtn the truck at second location to find out they booked it from house to house not accounting for the extra mileage which was 9 miles from first house and pick up to needing at add gas driving it back to second location another 4 miles and driving to gas added another 5 miles nearest gas station. The charged of for 20 extra miles which mileage was never indicated hints reason we rented one way travel due to cost being cheaper , sham and run around and our time . Over experience with U-Haul and the advertising online I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! At this point I know it’s a needed service but I would recommend it . Use friends and family trucks .

Kristy PClosed both days I tried to return with a note on window to drive around back. They should not be a U-Haul return site.
