This location did not have any idea what it even had to offer in the back. When i arrived, i wasn't even in their system with my reservation. The gal who helped me turned out to be very nice, but this was not a good experience. If there is an importance to picking up the unit at exactly the time you specify on your reservation, that should be communicated. I came a few hours after and my reservation had been deleted. Also, I don't understand why U-haul directed me to this location. I originally wanted a location right next to my house and U-haul indicated that wouldn't work and directed me to Vintage Queen. However, there is a full U-haul location right up the street from VQ which would have made a lot more sense to direct me to.

While not a formal U-Haul facility, the gentleman was pleasant and helpful. The pick-up was smooth and met my needs.

The app was glitchy and took me 45 minutes to finally get working. And tech support was not helpful. You guys need to fix your app. Also the cup holders were covered in some sticky mess from the last person.

No one on site had any idea how to check out the trailer to me. They were very friendly and apologetic, and we got it completed, but it took over an hour due to not having someone there that knew the process.
