We were supposed to have an appliance dolly and furniture dolly. They weren’t in the truck.

truck wasn't available when I showed up at the Caldwell location and had to go to a Boise location for them to find me a truck.
David NThere isn't a sign that says there are more u haul in the back or that there is a back parking lot for those who are doing mobile pick up.

GAGE BThis location did not have any idea what it even had to offer in the back. When i arrived, i wasn't even in their system with my reservation. The gal who helped me turned out to be very nice, but this was not a good experience. If there is an importance to picking up the unit at exactly the time you specify on your reservation, that should be communicated. I came a few hours after and my reservation had been deleted. Also, I don't understand why U-haul directed me to this location. I originally wanted a location right next to my house and U-haul indicated that wouldn't work and directed me to Vintage Queen. However, there is a full U-haul location right up the street from VQ which would have made a lot more sense to direct me to.
