ANTHONY WGot a 4x8 enclosed trailer and went on a 12 hour trip to North Carolina and the trailer vibrated and shook around and to say the least it was a long miserable 12 hours, the day after we got there I spent the forenoon finding a U-Haul dealer in the area to trade the trailer for a different one and they looked at it and said the tires are bad and it shouldn’t have been rented out like that, so they put new tires on it and it traveled home perfectly! After getting home I returned the trailer and the guy that I talked to at first, after telling him what I did he proceeded to chew me out and tell me I was stealing, and I still don’t understand what his reasoning was behind that. After telling me how it was wrong what I did he called for an older gentleman and then after telling him the story he told the other guy it’s all good and that gentleman was apologetic about all of it, through all this I was thinking I should be reimbursed for the forenoon I wasted fixing a trailer that I rented, needless to say all of it was very unprofessional and not a good experience!
CAMERON BSo the quote I did online was cheaper then my actually bill. I was charged a cleaning fee of $15.00 before I even returned the trailer. I also returned the trailer early but my rate did not change.

CHAD MUhaul changed my drop off location without contacting me. I received an email stating per our conversation we agreed to change drop off location. I never communicated nor did I agree to change my drop off location. The problem with the drop off location Ihaul tried to change was over an additional 40 minutes away then the drop off location I made when I reserved the Uhaul. Then I had to wait on hold for customer service for over 30 minutes for uhaul to fix this problem Uhaul created! Horrible experience this time around using Uhaul between the pick up customer service agent was extremely rude to Uhaul customers and then Uhaul lied about contacting me on changing my drop off location! Very very bad experience this time extremely disappointed with Uhaul!

MICHAEL MNeed to have snow brush in trucks for snowy days. Should have more gas when renting, truck had about 1/8 of tank of gas. Had to hit gas station immediately. No washer fluid for wipers. Could not adjust left and right outside mirrors. Truck was clean in cab and in rear storage area.

MATTHEW CI was charged a cleaning fee after I made sure there was nothing to clean before I dropped it off! I guess any way to make an extra dollar. Very sad.
BRIDGER ADropped off the trailer after hours, so there was no personnel to evaluate. However the area was easy to navigate with safe area to leave the trailer, so I would say the personnel was helpful in preparing for after hour returns.
