My only complaint is that booking online was difficult. I kept getting calls to move my reservation to different locations. When I went into the location, they were very helpful and got me exactly what I needed. The problem with online is that you can't see where the other reservations are, so I was overlapping with somebody by one hour. By going in, they were able to see that and have me drop off one hour early.
WILLIAM FI spent a half hour trying to get the key. App said key in box 6. There was only one box. You should let customers know that the key is in the back of the truck and the lock 🔐 is on the back door. I was going to leave the key in the back of the truck and tell the to go look for box 6 but I don't like wasting people's time like you waisted mine.
Deanna HDwight was friendly helpful. No queue. The Ford van was great, nearly new. Very convenient location for me. No extended hours, but this wasn't a problem for me.
James LThe cab of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke and you could see on the cup holder area where the cigarettes had been put out. Also there were no pads for wrapping furniture available.
