The rental and return process were not user friendly. The app is a must to make it easy. If you don’t have the app it’s problematic and that shouldn’t be the case. I missed the representative so I had to do the return myself. I had problems with the app because I didn’t have the phone in me that I used on my reservations. The return took me over an hour. I had to call the 800 number 2x. I would definitely not suggest U-Haul to anyone after this experience. It was absolutely horrible.
