BENJAMIN LI would like to recommend that U-haul make the option of having the rental secured a few days in advance. This was a problem when I wanted to plan my trip but was told that the notification for use would not be sent until the day before I planned to leave for the trip. This was NOT the Vista Service Towing problem but U-haul.
Robert EI rented a car trailer and one of the traps was completely ripped off and didn’t work so I had to buy additional traps that coast as much as renting the trailer in the first place. Plus the latchets were super rusty and rarely worked.
CYRUS KOnly thing I thought could be better was the condition of the truck. It had front suspension issues and the box was all scratched up, with white tape all over it. Not what I expected from uhaul.

NEIL SMud every where just a dirt lot, no keys set up for my rental, had an issue with the app (like always) and had to call and be late for my rental.
Justin BInside the cab it smelled like cigarettes. Also, the front right tire was almost bald and completely worn out.

DANIELLE HTurned up a day early to turn in the tow-dolly and came back later in the day to return the truck. The employee who met me in the lot was fantastic and very helpful. Honestly, the gentleman was the exact opposite of the numb-skull I had to deal with when I picked the rental up. That would be 5 Rivers Auto. Suggest you folks pull this business from handling U-Haul rentals in the future!

Richard MDouble check your trucks 3x a day. The first truck we went to get had the catalytic converter stolen off it disabling the truck. Luckily another site not too far away had same size truck so my information was forwarded to them so I could still get a truck!

ROGER GI reserved and was charged for an appliance dolly. However, there was no appliance dolly in the truck when I picked it up. This was very inconvenient as we needed the larger dolly.
