LISA RI had specifically requested the truck to be dropped in Port Angeles. Halfway from Moses Lake I get a text changing the location to Whidbey island. So then I called to get that fixed. Only to find out I dropped the truck in Port Angeles. I got charged $207 for a wrong location fee and some other charges. I never got my $100 credit for delivering a trailer to port Townsend. It has been nothing short of a miracle to have this U-Haul experience to be uneventful. The only place that was friendly was Port Townsend. They were great.

Veronica PThe trailers need to go through a return checklist. I rented a trailer and drove an hour and a half to pick something up. When I got there and loaded the trailer, the tire nearly went flat. It had less than 15psi in it.
