You could start by giving ur workers good computer n good internet service that way there not working on a dial up line just to take care of us the workers are great people the system sucks!NINO C.

To rent via uhaul app online was the biggest hassle. It stopped working in the middle of it so we had to call the site to come down and rent it in person. The app wants pictures, verifications etc that is in my opinion unnecessary. Face pictures of drivers, licenses etc when you input the information already. Then you have to talk to a safe drive agent to be approved for the Insurance. Avoid the apps and just rent in person!!JASON EVERT P.

My billing was screwed up, I was charged way more than it should have been. I was charged for 2 dollies when there was only 1 in the back and in the picture. I was charged for gas when it was in the same spot as when I got it. I was charged an after hours fee even though my return date was Sunday, and that business is closed on Sunday. The lady that answered my call is working to fix it but those words should not have happened! Displeased with the electronic return!!Traci S.

I was black listed for reasons I believe to be racially motivated by the the U-haul of north Lynnwood back in Feb 2020. As A results this made my rental experience future rental experience very difficult and felt humiliated by the dealer in Moses lake.Fritz V.

For Uhaul company: Have a 26 foot truck available. I felt I made my reservation far in advance and I do not believe it is appropriate to expect the customer to drive over an hour to pick up the truck. If there is no way to get around this, give the customer more than a day's notice so that plans can be made for transportation, etc.Therese B.

Unhaul employees over charged me then ran my debit card 3 times and charged my bank account and I final paid with cash When I went home I check my bank account and they charged $105.15-3 times even thou I paid cash.i went back to the uhaul in Moses lake and told the manager. The way she treated me was so disrespectful like if I was stupid. The manager suggested that I call my bank and there was nothing she could do. I sat out side the business in the hot sun on the metal bench for 20 minutes on the phone talking with my bank . I have polio, RA , high blood pressure plus iam moving cause my husband died. This was Worst day with this uhaul business I have ever gone too. It wasnt until I told the manager my bank had said if they didn't put my money back they were going to file fraud charges, that the manager got up from her chair, and reverse charges and put back the money in my account. As of today 09/07/20 the money is still not in my account.VELMA A.

The service was very friendly and i received awesome customer service. The interior of the truck was dusty, hadn't been sanitized re COVID and luckily I brought my own disinfectant wipes and it took several to clean the interior. Mirrors were dirty, windows dirty, etc. Transmission issues with truck.Susan M.
Staff was very helpful when I arrived getting me hooked up with a trailer and on the road in short order. On return I was greeted upon arrival at the facility, staff disconnected the trailer, asked if there were any issues and sent me on my way within 5 minutes.Brad A.

The actual pick-up of the equipment wasn't an issue, the general reservation process was. Most of what U-Haul does is logistics. This is the third time I've reserved a truck/trailer with U-Haul, only to get a phone call the night (or no call at all) before letting me know that the equipment I rented would not be at the location, but 1hr+ out of the way. U-Haul, please do not let someone reserve equipment unless it can be guaranteed that it will be there.Gabriel B.

Caroline was very helpful. When I showed up to pick up the truck, they could not find the keys. They looked everywhere, Caroline got another truck transferred from a different UHaul place in town.
