It's almost a week I keep calling uhaul about my final bill and cannot get an answer truck was returned half an hour early I cleaned trash from the cab and made sure everything was cleaned filled tank little over the 1/4 mark I have pictures of the mileage when dropped off I need to get this bill settled ASAP why is it taking so long am very disappointed in uhaul don't think I'll be rented from them again

I reserved the 15' truck at the Stone Mountain location near my home three weeks in advance. this change of location, I agreed to thinking the quality of service would be better. NOT TRUE! this is gas station with one attendant and no other UHaul services. I feel you used the custormer to pick up a truck that served your convenience.

The back of the truck was filthy. Black soot was all over the walls and floor. It got all over my furniture. I was only offered a $25 discount for my stuff that was damaged. I don't think I'll ever rent from u haul again. If I do...it won't be this location for sure

They did not close out out my account. I was notified 5 days later stating I did not return the truck. The truck was returned on the date and before the time it was expected to be returned. As well as I they did not correctly read the gas tank before giving it to my stating that it way more gas then what I did. And charged my additional 26 for gas when I only went 42 miles. And I put gas in before returning. I would not recommend this location.
