There was glass in the uhaul. No info on where key would be: had to call and wait On hold at pick up and the rep didn’t know either she repeatedly told me it was in between two ice machines. There aren’t any ice machines on the side of the building. The key was not in the correct box

The back latch had a lock which would not open, they eventually sent out a locksmith who had issues getting it cut open. From a 5pm pickup, the lock was finalized at 8.50pm. Causing me to have a delayed move, and costing me more money in moving expenses as that was my move out day, had to pay for an additional day at my address. I received no compensation, from uhaul. I had to literally beg to get a later drop off time the following day...
