The trailer had a tire that would consistently lose air throughout the trip.

This address is a liquor store and there are U Haul trailers parked in the front. The guy running the liquor store said he does not run the U Haul. There were some people in the back working on some old commercial trucks, not U Haul trucks. They did help me unhook the trailer. I know your company does allow unattended drop offs. I called U Haul and the person I talked to was very helpful and assured me that leaving the trailer there was okay. Once again good service from U Haul.

Firstly I booked a u-haul near my location but they overbooked and sent me to a further location and also added the insurance without my consent which I had no other option than to pay.

The pickup location and the proprietor "Manny" was great. The truck has bald tires on the rear which made it pull to the right and they loss traction on wet road. The brakes were very spongy.

A better way to secure equipment, possibly tune up your vehicles, ensure they have wheel alignments and such. This truck required me to turn the steering wheel very hard in order to turn.
