Absolutely awful! The guys had no clue what they were doing and were the most unhelpful individuals I had ever experienced. Truck was super dirty inside, they were unorganized and didn't offer any bit of help attaching transport hauler.

Good customer service
Ibrahim YThe only reason we knew where to drop off the key and park the U-Haul is because repair men were at the location. The repairman called the owner and instructed us where to leave the U-Haul.
SHERRY THad to drop rented unit in a very rough and dirty lot. Place is a repair shop with equipment that looks like a salvage lot. Was worried about driving in the lot for a chance of getting flat tires. Not a place I would expect U-Haul would use.
RODNEY LThe drop off was smooth. It was in a location with other businesses and wasn't easy to find. The staff was very helpful and I ws done and out the door in no time!
