Over charged me an extra day even though it was a 24 hour rental and I returned the vehicle early. The truck was given to me with half a tank of fuel, but I had courtesy of returning it with a full tank

Location was horrible. Pick up time was 9 am employee was late opening site. They told us that they would be closed on Sunday. Even though it gave me the option to drop off on Sunday. Asked for us to return first thing Monday. We arrived at 7:55 am as they open at 8 no one showed up until 8:30. They charged me an extra day even though they were not supposed to. Trailer was dirty inside and the taillights were not working. This was over all a horrible experience will not be recommending or ever using this location or U-Haul service again. I have called and asked for a refund Of the extra day charged and have yet to receive a phone call back

Check out was simply okay. However there was one major problem. While I disconnected the driver's side security chain with its rubber security chain strap the owner/employee released the trailer tongue. The trailer rolled forward striking the rubber portion of the truck's bumper. Severely bruising the rubber portion of the bumper. I did not notice the bruise severity until arriving later at home. Not happy my truck is 8 years old this is first damage.

Not this location's fault, but I was held up for about half an hour due to an unexplained "glitch" that prevented me from renting. The representative on the phone wouldn't tell me the real reason for the hold. That should have come up during the reservation process, not the rental. Very poor service, especially since I never had a damage claim against me or owed money to UHAUL.

I was told I had unlimited miles. I was charged $183.00 for extra miles. I was lied to. No more u-haul for me!

The mileage could be worked on different in every time I drove from lake City to Gainesville all my mileage was gone other than that I love the truck

Charged us for 3 days only used 2 days , brought it back on the 3rd day ... we stopped to put gas back in it and called the location we were 10 minutes late .. got charged for another full day. She was rude from the get go. I would not send anyone to her location.

The lady (only person there) who handled my transaction was a nut job. She was "normal" when I picked it up but when I returned it she was acting insane. Being nasty about bringing it back 45 min. past the time. I asked her what the odometer was before I even had the van and she was spitting out all these numbers but the ones in question, claiming they were in my "contract." Both emails I received from U-Haul had absolutely no numbers in them. She told me the numbers before I left so obviously she had them. She started acting a fool and raising her voice when I told her she wasn't being clear and I couldn't understand her, I had to tell her to calm down and stop freaking out. Complete psychopath. She added an extra day and extra chargers over 45 min, which is whatever, but the psychopath part I didn't really need. Would NEVER return to this location or deal with this insane person again. Please avoid.
