They charged me an extra day because they were closed on the due date. I woll be disputing this charge.

Craig SI had to change my pick up location to this one. Because the original place didnt have the tow dolly. Wasted two hours of driving and had to drive to the complete other side of town to get the dolly. I should be compensated back some of the rental due to all the issues had.
Martin GLady at the counter didn't seem very friendly upon returning the equipment. A smile would be nice.
