The employees were very nice, however it literally took 3 hours to pick up my truck. They didn't really understand the computer side of the process. My reservation got cancelled, then created a new one, then there was another issues. He got customer service online and they fixed it but it was for the incorrect amount. I called back a few days later to get it adjusted. The tow dolly had a bad tired that had to be addressed before we could even use it. This was done from our own standards, not the pickup location. When the contractor came out to change it out, he couldn't believe it had left the lot in it's condition.Bhrett H.

I have used U-Haul for most of my moving needs over the past 35 years. This was my first time using Wag's RV Service - it was by far, the best overall experience I have ever had. Mr. Wagner and his Son did an excellent job for us. I will always call them first for our truck rental needs in the future.JEFF M.
Even after doing the online check in, they still asked me the same questions from it when I was picking up the truck. No education was provided about the billing of the uhaul. Like I didn't know I needed to refill the gas tank to the same level until I had already turn the truck in.Jordan N.

The truck tire was low on air and ended up having to be replaced. Kudos to "Sandy" with UHau Roadside Assistance when i called for help. She was amazing. I was so frustrated and with the situation and she was the best. Great attitude and willing to help!Julie T.

Office seems to be in disrepair; floor tiles in a mess upon entry into the office area. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke was irritating. I did have good service with the rental process and guys hooking up the trailer and testing lights etc.Gary C.

I contacted uhaul and explained to them that I wanted to pay in cash they stated that was ok and took my credit card information also. When I arrived to pick up the car transport I was told this location did not accept cash but credit cards only. I was not told this prior to going and I also was not told I would have a $100 deposit either. I called customer service and was basically told it wasn't there fault they wasn't sure why the person from uhaul told me that. They said each dealer decided to accept cash or not even though I was told by the dealer uhaul was aware of this.Cody S.

Both at pickup and delivery no one was available to handle the paperwork. Location is supposed to be open at 9 AM, but had to wait until 9:30 for someone to arrive and handle the pickup. At return we had the same issue, and so the truck was left. About an hour after drop-off the truck was checked in with a discrepancy in the fuel. This discrepancy still hasn't been resolved after reporting it to the location. Had someone been there at the time of drop-off then there wouldn't now be a discrepancy.Mark S.

The vehicle did not have 3/4 of a tank of gas. More like 5/8 at most. When I returned it in Alabama, I added gas but U-haul rep said it was just under 3/4 and I had to go get more gas.! I was livid because I returned it with more gas than when I received it. Then, when I added more, it was well above 3/4. Why don't you just provide it full and return full? I got cheated out of $10 of gas.Russell W.

Have the equipment available at the location the customer needs. Once the rental verification is set for the location it should be set. I was sent to 2 different locations. The last location change was the day of the pickup.Scott T.

The location was fine as I was doing the online check in. That process was horrible. The first time I tried it they couldn't verify my information, the second time the system was down. Eventually I was able to complete the process after 45 minutes of waiting. During an already stressful time, the last thing one wants to deal with is the stress of not being able to pick up the truck!Gina U.

Pick up at the trailer went fine till I went to put the car on the U-Haul cargo trailer going down the road I found out the trailer had no brakes and slammed into my bumper back and forth for an hour from Simpsonville to Spartanburg do not recommend at U-Haul at allJoey W.

I was to pick up the truck at 9:00 a.m. There was no one there until 9:11 a.m. and then was told he didn't handle the U-haul stuff another guy did and he should be there soon. He finally called him at 9:20 a.m. and told him I was there to pick up and was scheduled to pick up at 9. He arrived at around 9:43 a.m. and I didn't leave until a few minutes before 10 a.m. I had also done the Express Check-in but that seems like a waste of time. Not happy at all.Mary W S.

I rented a 6x12 in December from West Palm Beach to Simpsonville SC, they charged me $650. I just made the same trip, but from Simpsonville to West Palm. I was charged $217. I'm pissed off!! I called and left a message for some big wig with U-Haul to find out why rhe $400 difference, yet to hear from Pat the big wig. These people are THIVES!!!
