The UHaul app was easy enough to document my return, it seemed to require a lot of pictures to be taken though.

Very confusing of where to drop equipment off. Nobody on-site to help. Very dark parking lot with no instructions of what to do. Not only that but 25miles from where my move was.

Wayne RMake sure the truck reserved is available. My reservation was for Dayton, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t there. When I called I was informed I needed to go to Waitsburg to pick it up. This cost me time and money and was unacceptable! Only when I asked how U-Haul was going to make it right did she say she would credit me $50. That hardly covers our additional time & fuel!

Ruth AOnly one UHaul vehicle there. Truck has 1/8th tank of gas. How could I return it with just 1/8th tank? I filled it up, drove 400 miles and returned it with 1/4 tank of fuel. I gave someone (Uhaul?) $25 of fuel. Vehicles should come with full tanks. Ten miles into the trip, the check engine light came on and stayed on through the next day when I returned it. I meant to mention that to the representative but forgot.
DAVID KAlthough the staff of this location were friendly, the entire reservation process with Uhaul was filled with errors. After the reservation, Uhaul assigned me a truck in a different city (1 hour away) and then day of did not have any of the furniture pads I had reserved. We had to drive to a completely different city to try to secure pads for our move. I spend hours on the phone trying to fix the reservation and the Uhaul computer system would not save the changes so I would have to call back repeatedly. Then the day of the move the movers I reserved through Uhaul showed up, were very rude and quit. Since I did not give them the "payment code" I am not able to leave a negative review, which is why the movers had all great reviews. The movers know if they quit, they won't get a bad review. Next time, I'll look for a different company, not Uhaul.
Kelly BI reserved a 26' truck at Walla Walla for 9am. I had a confirmation that the truck would be there on the date & time. When I got there, I was told they did not have my truck to pickup but had to go to another location in Waitsburg, over 20 miles away, which added that much more mileage to the rental. I was on a very tight schedule to pick up, load, drive and unload. This added over an hour to pick up and get started. It's questionable that I use U-haul again. I have heard that this is a common occurrence from other renters.

Joel LThe location was covered in weeds. There was no cell service in order to complete the no contact pick up. The only good part of this process was the representative at the pick up location who was answering the phone and immediately available to help check out the truck. He was professional and efficient since there was no cell service to complete the check out process.

Brian DThere was no one there. We had a deadline of 1 pm on Wednesday to drop off the truck and this facility is closed on Wednesdays. Luckily, we were able to drop it off 30- minutes before they closed. Your trucks are excellent but your overall customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
STEVEN MI made a reservation for Pullman, WA 6 weeks before my move. The NIGHT BEFORE I was scheduled to pick up my truck, UHaul called me at 8:00pm and told me a truck was not available in Pullman. They said the nearest truck was an almost 2 hour drive away. They basically told me take it or leave it. I had to get an uber for $190 to pick up the truck. Uhaul offered no compensation, nothing to help me and no explanation why they waited until the evening before to call me. Surely they knew well before that no truck was going to be available. Incredbily poor customer service.
Rick SThe service was GREAT!. The only problem I had was when I made a reservation online, there was no indication that the reservation went through. I called the U-Haul number and a nice lady let me know that the reservation went through.
