There are too few lights, felt very unsafe when dropping off rental. Otherwise the location was fine. The u haul process however, is awful. Waiting over 30 min and never getting communication of, well, anything. Validation wasn’t confirmed, held more money than system showed, had to call and wait 20+ minutes to find out we were waiting for nothing -due to the lack of communication. Painful and frustrating process!!

It would be nice to be able to add additional things like dolly rentals, etc. on the Bolivar, MO 24/7 site. Other than that, it was very convenient.

Joseph NWasn't even my original drop off place. After having issues with the original location moving and the bar code not scanning on their door had to call to get a new drop off location. And they charged me for going over my estimated miles by 22 even though I returned the truck several days early. Will not use uhaul again.

Tami TThe lady I dealt with was tweeking. She had no clue what was going on. I had to wait in the cold while she checked for previous damage, putting x stickers on it. She never checked the cargo space which upon arrival to load truck I discovered a U-Haul dolly in the back. Which I didn't rent . I returned dolly with the truck.The floor had bolts and screws and debris on it. The cab area was average for cleanliness. Poor choice of people for running your business. I've rented U-Haul before and never had an experience like this. It will be a memorable one for sure.

Dakota FAfter reserving a 15ft truck we were informed less than 24 hours before pick up that we would now have to 26ft truck instead. The truck that we were given was parked in-between 2 other trucks and was difficult to get out of the parking spot. I do not understand how we can reserve a truck and then still not get the specific truck that was reserved. There is a HUGE different in the sizes of these two trucks and is not easy to drive or get out of the parking lots.

Jeff HI’ve used this location several times for drop-off, but this was the first time to pick-up. It was Sunday morning, and the app told me I had to check-in at the counter which was not open . I called the number on the door, and she took care of everything, even added miles which the reservation system had left impossibly low. U-hails strength is in their field offices, as they respond when their app can’t handle it. I still prefer the system, but just nice to know their is help locally.

Also, the lady working wasn’t there when I arrived and I had to call uhaul to get her to answer because she didn’t leave me a key even though I stated I wanted contactless pickup.

Stoney JNo one was there and having to do it by mobile check-in was very much inconvenient. If you’re going to have a business BE THERE!!!!! I will never get or return a rental there if I rent a You-Haul at all. Being stopped on I-40 just north of Jackson, TN and being told that the truck was stolen was only part of a very traumatic experience. The only good part was Jonathon in Nashville telling me that the guy who stopped me was running a scam. Other than that I would not recommend rental with this place. I missed my exit while talking to u-haul and still had to pay for extra mileage.
kathy jMake the online checkout easier. The person we had to talk to on the phone for help was less than excited to be helping. Way too many things can go wrong when there isn't a live person on site to assist. Understand it was a holiday, but there are some businesses that are still needed, even on a holiday. Would be nice to have a person 'on call' to help those that have no option on when they can move. Check out took almost an hour...an hour that cut into our moving time.

CARRIE MMy only complaint is that there is a building in front of the actual UHaul office and it was a little difficult to find the actual office. Once I called and she told me exactly where it was we had no trouble finding it. Signage that points to the office would be good.

I’m hoping he was really an employee and the trailer really got checked in. He was friendly, it just seemed too easy and not very official.
