There are too few lights, felt very unsafe when dropping off rental. Otherwise the location was fine. The u haul process however, is awful. Waiting over 30 min and never getting communication of, well, anything. Validation wasn’t confirmed, held more money than system showed, had to call and wait 20+ minutes to find out we were waiting for nothing -due to the lack of communication. Painful and frustrating process!!
Jennifer OIt would be nice to be able to add additional things like dolly rentals, etc. on the Bolivar, MO 24/7 site. Other than that, it was very convenient.
