The employee should take a conflict resolution class and learn how to speak to people like human beings. She was very rude and tried taking my phone out of my hand. We did get comped $10 since they didn't have the truck we needed, we reserved the 26' and got a 17'. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.David K.

The location was really far out. No one was available for help. The process to pick up the truck took over 2 hours, 4 customer service calls and 5 transfers within those calls. I was not told this was a completely unattended location. Very frustrating.Tamasha B.

I had trouble with return check in with my phone. It wouldn't let me get past location and my phone wouldn't share the location after I changed setting. I returned the truck on time and left keys in return box. I took a picture of the mileage and gas and will visit location Monday morning. Do not like the lengthy return method. The owner of that uhaul location couldn't have been more rude. I work in the service industry and if I treated people like she did I would be fired. If uhaul wouldn't have screwed up my reservation in the first place which forced me to settle and go to her then I would have left in the first 5 minutes. She was beyond rude and short.charles H.

This location was further from us but had the equipment we needed. We were able to pick up and drop off outside normal hours which was very convenient. The truck had a lot of superficial damage but it was all marked. Truck was clean and in good working order. Very pleased with this experience.James W.

To get the U-haul truck and return it took me way too long. The lady in this location was at times very rude. I put gasoline and she made me put extra gasoline to satisfy her need to be in control. I will never use this location again., In contrast, the location in Baton Rouge where I rented the last truck is a god one, they are always polite and friendly.Luis G.

Close down ur location at airline and Choctaw the service sucks they made reservations for me a 26' truck for pickup on Sunday when. I got there they didn't have a truck they said they canceled my reservation and did not call me I had 3 employees being paid by the hr. I will NEVER use UHAUL again. This was my FIRST AND LAST time working with them. First of all, I made m yh reservation at a location close to where I needed to pick up my load, and i got an email confirmation with that location on it. At the time of my reservation, I recieved a call from a DIFFERENT location saying that I was supposed to be there instead. This put me about 15 miles out my way. So because of this, I needed up having to pay an extra 30 dollars in mileage that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I understand a location not having the equipment you may need, and because of this, the first location I reserved was actually my second option. Had I not gotten a phone call, I would've never gotten my truck. I want my 30 dollars back since YOUR SYSTEM made the error, otherwise I never would have made the reservation. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.SAMANTHA K.

When a customer reserves a equipment and you tell them you will call, call with in 15 minutes. Getting a call 3 and a half hours later when you need to drive from there to Youngsville load up drive to Plaquemine and deliver to back to Walker before 7:30 pm is ridiculous. I paid for 24 hours I shouldn't have been rushed. That truck was available at 10:30 am when I made my reservation but I had to drive around Baton Rouge and hunt down that Truck. No one helped me find one and half into checking it out I get a call that a truck was available south of Baton Rouge then I worked my butt off to get the Truck back before the deadline given or I would have been charged another day.
