First if all, one of your 1-800 reps apparently can not read the instructions in front of her eyes!! I had called to price a pull included trailer, which was best buy: rent in North Louisiana, for round trip or in Walker, Louisiana-1 way. I told her exactly where I would be going and exactly where returning said trailer. Round trip from Bastrop, LA, returning to Bastrop, LA From Bastrop, LA was around $20.00 a day, pick up from Bastrop, LA return to Bastrop, LA. THEN SHE QUOTES A PRICE OF $44.00 FOR 2 DAYS FROM WALKER, LA TO BASTROP, LA. You can imagine my surprise when that was not the price at all but almost double!! Was I pleased? NO!!!!!!!!!! Either your company needs to hire people that can read or retrain them. Should I need a rental, Uhaul will definately be my last choice, there are others Companies out there that rent!!!!!!! I dropped off the truck after hours. I picked up the truck with just a tiny bit more than a half tank of gas. I only used 1/4 of a tank. When I filled it before returning it, I put $35 in the tank. That got it to just under 1/2 tank. So I put another $9 in the tank to get it to half. It did not budge. There is something wrong with the fuel level indicator. $44 should more than have covered 1/4 tank of gas! I would like to be reimbursed for the gas charges. I ALSO TURNED THE TRUCK IN VERY EARLY!Dawn L.
I think that the truck should have been inspected as far as the lights all working. That should be a regular maintenance on all of your U-haul vehicles. If I were stopped because of a tail light being out. Would you pay the bill. I think not. Although it is your vehicle. Please note that your rear Driver side tail light is out. Very rude, over charged and not willing to work with me when I brought it to her attention. Very unprofessional! I have rented a many of Uhaul's and have never had this kind of experience. The person that this location was very inaccurate and very rude! She charged me for a clean-up fee that should not have been charged. I feel like I was overcharged for the mileage and she refused to further talk to me and hung up in my face! I was told that the manager will give me a call about the situation and he never did. This was totally unacceptable and I will not ever use U-Haul again!lenette E.

The employees at this location have no idea what they are doing, can't use a computer, and when anything comes up they blame the customer. I will NEVER use uhaul again because of these people. Instead I will use one of 3 trailer I have access to anyway. Thought I was saving the hassle of bringing a trailer 80 miles away, but it would have been less hassle to drive the trailer the 80 miles and back then to have deal with these rude and ignorant people.Scott L.

The problem was with the ovation on Greenwell Springs that made my reservation but really didn't have the truck I reserved and didn't tell me until the morning of. After they told me they didn't have my truck, the location they sent me to was 30 somethinges away and I had to have the truck back earlier than I originally planned.CEDRIC W.
I received a $25 cleaning fee, even though I swept The truck out. When I called about it the lady on the phone told me that she had to go back in and sweep it out. I don't believe that is true. She did say that she would talk to her manager to get the fee returned to me.shirley H.
