When I picked up the truck and trailer, on 6/22, the miles to empty message read 219 miles to empty and the gas gauge read 9/16 full. When I returned the truck and trailer, the evening of 6/22, it read 218 miles to empty and was 9/16 full. It was not checked in until 8:39AM on 6/24 and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and they reported it was only half full. I did call U-Haul customer service and they submitted a refund request. I am waiting to see if it goes through.

This company doesn't open for U-Haul until 8:30 AM We were scheduled to pick up at 8:00 AM. They allowed us to go ahead an pick up. This is for you reference so you will know in the future. Thank you

Walker truck and tire is nothing but a thief as it turns out they stole my car off the side of the road and then proceeded to extort me out of the title just so I could get my things. it was there less than 24 hours I went the next morning and it was gone. Come to find out a random citizen called it in not the city. They had no right. Vultures is what Walker truck and tire is. Extortion which is illegal. I deserved the chance to make it to my vehicle. I did not need Walker truck and tire to take it without giving me the opportunity to retrieve it myself. It was wrong and next time I'll make sure nobody takes advantage of me like this again

I made this reservation on Friday, 07/22/2022, for Saturday, 07/23/2022. When I arrived at the Harrisonville location it was closed even though I was assured by Logan(the woman who helped me on Friday) that they opened at 8am and my scheduled time to pick up my rental was 9am. I stressed that I did not want to do the mobile pick up. I called uhaul and they informed me I was signed up for a mobile pick up. I was never notified there had been a change in how I was to pick up my rental. The representative sent me a text message with a link so I could create an account and pick up my rental… After signing up and creating my account, there were no rentals or reservations on my account. I then had to call back and another representative had to enter my reservation twice. I was told I would get $25 off, an extra day and 15 more miles added to the 52 miles allowed… This made it to where I would drop the truck off on Monday 07/25/2022 and would have a total of 68 miles allowed. I received a text message stating the new drop off time but never received a new contract…. When I tried to drop the truck off Sunday night 07/24/2022, my account said I had no rentals or reservations again. I had to call a representative again to drop the rental off and she had to manually enter notes into the account. Now that I have dropped the truck off I was charged 22 extra miles when I was given 68 miles as my mileage allowed. Total miles were 75. Can I please have this resolved?? Fix the gas gauge so you know how much fuel you have. Otherwise it was fine. Woman at the pick up site stopped assisting me to talk to her son and another customer who came in after me. It took almost 30 minutes to get out of there.

The office is filthy and I wasn’t able to check in on the mobile app because they wanted me to come into the office. No one except me wore a mask. Took us 40 minutes to finally get the keys and then they brought out six pads that were oil stained and full or dirt. I have pics. They didn’t have the furniture dolly. On top of being sent an extra 30 miles to pick up the truck because my reservation was changed. The truck was dirty we had to use cleaning wipes to clean the steering wheel and surrounding area. If you want pictures please just send me and email I have them. I normally have excellent experiences with uhaul.

There was a short in the lights and they worked on the trailer until it was determined it was my daughter's truck that was the issue. The company worked to find the problem then helped to get alk the components working so we'd have a safe trip back to Warrentin.

They were having computer issues. I didn't understand why I made my order at the Nuts and Bolts location and had to pick up at Walker Tire.

The uhaul rental process was miserable. It took over an hour to rent. When the attendant called uhaul for support on their broken website they were completely unhelpful. You need to make your process easier or provide some training.

When making the reservation, be sure that the pick up location is clear. My reservation said the pickup would be in my town, and I ended up having to pick it up 30 minutes away.

I have experienced this location for other needs in the past. They are usually nice, but very un professional in their establishment. It is filthy, trashy and i often find it spills over into their work. When I went to check the trailer out, it took her forever to get the software to accept my request. The request I submitted online days prior. I did not choose this location, but was sent here after I had already submitted the request for another dealer in town. When I went to hook up the trailer, the employee tasked with check out was un trained. My truck was too tall for the Jack because the trailer was off the road in a dip. I had to provide my own procedure to get it on my truck. The employee was going to give up. Then when I got home and went to load a vehicle on the trailer, it was not properly attached by the employee. He had not latched it on my hitch. It came off, gladly not while driving nor causing any damage. I did call and inform the business, they said sorry, but not much else. Always disappointed with this establishment.
