Timothy MWhen I picked up the truck and trailer, on 6/22, the miles to empty message read 219 miles to empty and the gas gauge read 9/16 full. When I returned the truck and trailer, the evening of 6/22, it read 218 miles to empty and was 9/16 full. It was not checked in until 8:39AM on 6/24 and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and they reported it was only half full. I did call U-Haul customer service and they submitted a refund request. I am waiting to see if it goes through.
